Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, and enjoyed some mountain biking nearby. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions and the hotel was comfortable with nice amenities. Just a heads-up, I’d recommend double-checking payment details on check-in.

Good for a quick stay
Easy check-in and the staff was pretty chill. Room was clean and roomy. It had a little kitchenette, which was cool! But dang, that shower was cramped, and the parking situation was kinda chaotic. Wifi didn't work well either. Still, lots of food options nearby which is a plus!

Target audience basic and reliable
The family room I had was spacious with a bedroom, living area, and kitchen all in one. The receptionist was very friendly, made me feel welcome right away.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for what I got.

Had a blast with my friends! Spent our days exploring the Northern School of Contemporary Dance and enjoying some outdoor adventures like mountain biking. It's in a good spot, super convenient for everything. Just a heads up, there were some minor issues, but overall, it was a solid hangout for us.
One night, the lack of hot water in the shower was annoying, especially after a long day out. We brought it up, but no one seemed to care much.

Would definitely recommend for a brief weekend stay
Spacious room, friendly staff, and the location was perfect for exploring with only a 15-minute walk to Chapel Allerton that had various restaurants and a Weatherspoons.
Was all great.

The room felt spacious and was very clean, complemented by comfortable bedding and nice touches of tea, coffee, and biscuits. the uneven and squeaky floor detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience, and the lack of adequate shelving made it slightly inconvenient. Free parking was a plus, and the straightforward access to the nearby hospital made it an appropriate choice for my visit.

Decent location in the city with easy access to nearby attractions. The room offered a reasonable amount of space for what you'd expect, though the furnishings could be a bit newer.
The condition of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired—scrappy decor and tired furnishings abound. I found a punch hole in the bathroom door, alongside a broken chair and a wardrobe that looked like it was about to collapse. The shower door didn't close correctly, causing leaks on the floor, and the beds? Creaky and possibly long overdue for replacement. Considering I paid £234 for two rooms, I certainly expected more for my money, though I wouldn't want to spend more than £40 per room in the future. The exterior didn’t do the hotel any favors either.
